The grape is gently destemmed, then it macerates for a short period. Afterwards it is softly pressed before the decanting process which clears up the obtained must. The must ages at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. When the fermentation ends the must is kept on the yeast for 6 months. The bottled wine is then kept in thermo-controlled rooms for about 2 months.
Canary yellow colour and golden shades. Intense fruity and floral perfume, tropical fruits, papaya and pineapple mixed with apricot, rose petals, Indian fig, candied citrus, magnolia flowers, vanilla cream. Lively and full taste, scent of grape, pomegranate and litchis sensation. Lively sour, citrus aftertaste.
Perfect as aperitif, it pairs well with asparagus, vegetable soups, legumes creams and marinated fish.
