The grape is gently destemmed, then it macerates for a short period. Afterwards it is softly pressed before the decanting process which clears up the obtained must. The must ages at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. When the fermentation ends the must is kept on the yeast for 6 months. The bottled wine is then kept in thermo-controlled rooms for about 2 months.
Straw colour. Intense and fruity perfume. Scent of citrus, lime and cedar are mixed with fresh ginger, papaya, arum lily, white chocolate and lemon balm. Fresh and well balanced taste, lively and tannic. Scent of coconut milk and apricot; its aftertaste reminds of tea leaves.
Perfect with first courses, white meat, cream cheese, seafood.
