The grape is gently destemmed, then it macerates for a short period. Afterwards it is softly pressed before the decanting process which clears up the obtained must. The must ages at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. When the fermentation ends the must is kept on the yeast for 6 months. The bottled wine is then kept in thermo-controlled rooms for about 2 months.
Straw colour and green shades. Fresh and pleasant perfume. Scent of lemon, green tea, lily of the valley, rosemary. Nicely sour flavour and scent of bergamot, pineapple, wild strawberries with balsamic notes.
It is perfect as aperitif, it pairs very well with battered vegetables, vegetable pies, tasty cheese and seafood.
