40% of cryomaceration at different temperatures, according to the status of the grape. The new techniques of low temperature fermentation in steel tanks allow an homogenic growth of the wine through a temperature controlled system which participates directly in the biometabolism of the yeast.
Tasing Notes
Bright straw colour. Fresh and mineral aroma, scent of pear and green apple. Soft, delicate, fresh and long lasting taste.
Parings
Perfect as aperitif too, this Blangé pairs well with light seafood appetizers. Very good with sushi and sashimi.
